Training @ Facility Squad

Facility Squad is equipped with an in-house training department comprising of trainers and managers. We have regular training area located in Noida. We have a system of providing initial basic training of two weeks to all the security personnel recruited. The emphasis is given on physical fitness, uniform turn-out, alertness, observation, maintenance of necessary registers, handling of visitors, handling of emergencies viz. fire, theft, eve teasing etc. However, we give specific training to the personnel depending on the requirement of the clients.

Supervision @ Facility Squad

Facility Squad has a system of regular supervision of the units during day & night which is monitored directly by our Gen. Manager Operations. 

We have dedicated operational staff of each area responsible for around the clock supervision of the security personnel. We also have the patrolling vehicle that moves surprisingly under the orders of Director Operations during late nights. 

We generate the supervision/checking reports on monthly basis & forward it to our clients on demand.

Quality Policy

We constantly conduct training programs for each employee and make them aware of the necessary skill sets required in providing different services as per the clients need. We have a checklist system and procedures that ensures the quality and efficiency of our services.

We do this by continuous audit, review and improvement of our processes and systems by ensuring that what we do is measurable. Quality in our business processes is measured through quality indicators.

We have employed a team of customer care executives, which promptly responds to the feedback received from the client in order to maintain cordial business relations with them. Thus, our dedicated approach has also helped us to make many patrons in the domestic arena including business and corporate houses.
